One of the benefits of exercise is, it makes us happier. It’s a sentence that is scientifically proven. The “hormone” endorphins contains small proteins. These proteins are “born” from one part of the brain called the pituitary. Exercise helps us feel better, because it stimulates the production of endorphins. In this way your depressed brain turns to happy ones.

As I told, the “hormone” to help you achieve your happiness is called endorphin. They are small proteins that act as neurotransmitters pleasure.
