Basic Things To Look 10 Years Younger– Anti-aging Hacks

Hey guys! Today we’re gonna talk about how to look at least 10 years younger?

We are going to talk about how to prevent and treat aging. Young, clean skin can be a source of self-esteem. Really, it’s not really a secret but just very basic common sense because if you think about it, if you want really useful skin, what does skin mean is to have fat and protein. Is it made out of unsaturated fats? No! it’s made out of saturated fats so take a wild guess what you should be eating more of. The answer is, “cholesterol and saturated fats“, the exact things that they tell you not to eat. I mean think about if you go on a low-fat diet you start getting old really fast. So, if you want aging skin just starve yourself of fats especially saturated fats.

Now the question is, what do cholesterol and saturated fats do for you?

Well, there are three things, 50% of your cell membranes are made out of cholesterol because we need cholesterol, the body makes it and we take it from our diet. It also helps you make bile to help you digest the fats that you’re eating, especially, to extract the fat-soluble vitamins out of that fat. Also, cholesterol is needed to make hormones because as you get older you lose your hormones. You look older, right! so we want to make sure the food, the precursors, the raw material for your hormones are there. It’s very very important. Vitamin A is the most important anti-aging fat-soluble vitamin for your skin. The epidermis and the dermis (the different layers of the skin) are controlled by vitamin A and if you have enough vitamin A your skin will be soft and firm and it won’t be so dry. Because vitamin A deficiency creates dry and scaly skin. It’s actually called “corn avocation” which is really rough skin. You get acne, I don’t know if you knew this but the genes that make collagen need vitamin A. So, vitamin A triggers the production of collagen.

Now, from where do you get vitamin A?

Well! you can get it from leafy greens, right, but the beta carotene in the leafy greens including kale and spinach, and other greens, is a precursor. It’s not that retinal, the active form of vitamin A. It has to be converted into an active form. So, it’s important to consume the exact oxidants, these phytonutrients but if you’re taking high amounts of beta-carotene without enough of these active forms, your skin is not going to look as youthful as you want. You really need the active form of vitamin A. So, guess where you can get vitamin A. These are egg yolks, cod liver oil, butter, salmon fish, goats cheese. Make sure that all the things you get are organic and of higher quality.

The next important vitamin would be vitamin E.

Vitamin E protects the skin,

Against aging

Against sunburns

Against oxidizing

It will prevent wrinkles too.

It actually is anti-scarring.

Also, it supports your pituitary hormones.

So, it’s another key nutrient to help as a building block especially, if you’re going through menopause. As you get older your ovaries to go to hibernation. They go into retirement. They don’t work anymore. So, that means you don’t need as many sex hormones. The pituitary doesn’t output as many hormones and the vitamin E level starts dropping down. You need vitamin E for those sex hormones. So it’s very very important to have vitamin E.

Now, from where do you get vitamin E?

Well! you get it from palm oil, eco-friendly of course especially the red palm oil, leafy greens, beans, mushrooms, you can also get it from wheat germ oil. I don’t like that source but you can. Olive oil, seeds and nuts, and a lot of the other foods that I mentioned about vitamin A also have vitamin E.

Need to consume a lot of antioxidants fruits. The activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body decreases with age. That’s why with advancing age, you need to consume more antioxidants. Representative substances are vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis and inhibits melanin pigmentation. Helps in skin brightening. Vitamin C-rich foods are kiwi, lemon, pepper, broccoli, and cabbage. A healthy ketogenic diet is important if we also add intermittent fasting to this, we can accelerate it even more because we get repair actions. When you’re doing Intamin fast and you go through autophagy which kind of cleans out these damaged proteins that are unusable. So, you can clean up the old stuff within intermittent fasting, and with healthy keto add enough saturated fats to provide these nutrients and other nutrients to start looking younger.

Now the other thing on the flipside that you need to focus on is what to avoid.

The number one thing to avoid to prevent aging skin is “AGE” which stands for “advanced glycation end-products“. Now, what is that basically when you combine protein and sugar or protein with fat like a deep-fried doughnut or french fries or if you’re taking protein like barbecued ribs, you’re actually compiling all that sugar with the protein to create sticky proteins and the protein starts getting sticky and it starts clogging everything up in the eye and the artery and your glands but it’s gonna make your skin look very very old.

Lower the sugar level

Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates simply because that’s going to oxidize and skin gets aged very fastly. Sugar is a food that accelerates skin aging. Excess sugar accelerates aging quickly. The higher the sugar level, the older you’ll look. As free radicals increase and cell aging occurs faster. That’s why you need to have a low sugar level to keep your skin young.

How do ultraviolet rays affect your skin?

They are the skin’s enemies. Ultraviolet UVA is 95% absorbed into our skins. Ultraviolet UVB absorbs 10%. Ultraviolet A accelerates the aging of skin and wrinkles. You really need to use sunscreen. You may use SPF 50 PA++ sunscreen.

Smoking is gonna age the skin fastly.

Of course, smoking actually causes advanced glycation end-products as well stress. We have to avoid cortisol. Cortisol in high amounts ages the skin. Smoking greatly accelerates skin aging. There’s a term called Smokerface. If the person smokes very often the skin tone gets worsens and more wrinkles appear on the face. The more you smoke, the more active oxygen is released and this increases the speed of aging. Smoke has toxic substances that dry out the skin and destroy the collagen contained in the skin. By contracting the capillaries that supply oxygen and nutrients accelerate skin aging. Smoking causes more wrinkles around the mouth and eyes.

The last one is pollution

There are many studies on pollution how it causes oxidation reactions. The superfine particles of dust from pollution come into contact with the skin and accelerate aging. So the way is to try to remove them from the skin as soon as possible. I for example wash my face as soon as I get home. And I really do a deep cleaning of my skin. Don’t sleep without washing your face. Make it a habit to wash your face as soon as you get home.
