Fluffy Cream Cupcakes: a delicious dessert for kids

I do not know if you ever have tried so tender, soft, fluffy cream cupcakes dessert with a slight flavor of lemon. If no, then follow our today’s recipe for your kids. I’m sure you would love it. I’m in love with these fluffy cream cupcakes since my childhood. They remind me of my childhood, the months spent in the village of my father. There, in the bakery was made delicious bread as well as stunning sweets. One of them was a round, super fluffy cream cupcakes. I can imagine those pleased days.

At home a couple of years ago, I tried to prepare myself these delicious fluffy cream cupcakes. I wonder why mostly people do not share their wonderful traditional recipes. Anyway here I am for you with fluffy cream cupcakes to enjoy this delicious snack. The essence of these fluffy cream cupcakes will be memorable for you in your lifetime. Let’s start the recipe;


350 grams of flour

Sugar 250 gm.

250 grams of sunflower oil

100 ml cream

1 tsp of baking powder

2-3 eggs

The zest of 1 lemon


In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until puffy. Then add lemon zest or extract, and beat the mixture well. Add the remaining ingredients except the flour and baking powder and mix all the ingredients properly. It’s time to add flour, baking (both after sifting properly) and make sure you have removed all the spontaneously produced insects from flour.  Knead the dough properly until you get a smooth appearance. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Meantime preheat the oven to 230 degree centigrade. Put the dough into baking cups and fill to 3/4 of the cups with mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. When you are done with fluffy cream cupcakes, reduce the temperature of the oven to 210 degrees and bake cupcakes for 10-15 minutes. Once done you can enjoy with any flavor of syrup you like most.
