Peanut butter and banana smoothie

1/2 cup crunchy peanut low fatty content
1/2 cup skim milk
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon whey protein chocolate milk
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

1/2 large banana

1/4 cup mashed ripe avocado
1/2 cup mango juice
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
6 ice cubes
Add all ingredients in a blender furthermore blend until get smooth consistency.
