You’ve probably read or heard about many benefits of water naturally, but do you know that adding the right, and 100% natural ingredients to this vital liquid can detoxify your liver? Yes! it’s called Detox water. Today, I’ll tell you how and in what way you can get this  Detox water to  detoxify  liver.

Recipes of  Detox water

Orange and ginger Water

Citrus fruits are high in antioxidants and pectin.  They  are ideal for removing fat, body toxins and cleanse the liver and colon. Besides the properties of ginger, it also helps in digestion, reduce inflammation and prevent some cancers.

What you need:

Natural water  1  jug, 2-3 oranges, one tablespoon of fresh ginger striped and ice

Cayenne pepper and lemon Water

It is a strange detox water but delicious to detoxify your liver mixture. The cayenne pepper meanwhile Lovely as a detoxifier, as well as help in weight loss. Adding the properties of lemon, this becomes a pump to regulate your body.

You need: water 1 jug, 2 to 3 lemons, 1 ½ tablespoon pepper syrup, natural maple and ice

Cucumber, lemon and mint water

Cucumber helps you lose weight, also improve your health and cleanse your liver.

You need: water 1 jug, ice, 1 cucumber, 10-15 mint leaves and 2 or 3 lemons.

Preparation: In water jug put the sliced cucumber, followed by lemons and mint leaves. Cover your jar with a lid, let cool for about or overnight, and then enjoy.

Apple cider vinegar Water

Apple cider vinegar has many benefits ranging from preventing diabetes to detoxify organs, including the liver.

You need: water 1 jug, mint leaves, 2 lemons, and 2-6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Preparation: Put sliced lemon to the water jug; also add the leaves of mint and vinegar. Then refrigerate for overnight and the next day you can enjoy it.

Tangerine, cucumber and herbs Water

This drink will serve not only to detoxify the liver but also to say goodbye to those extra pounds! Since tangerine wedges provide a lot of vitamin C, and various essential oils to burn fat. Also your herbs will provide flavor and many more benefits.

Need: water 1 jug, grapefruit slice, 1 tangerine, cucumber ½, 2 mint leaves and ice

Preparation: inside your water pitcher sets cucumber slices, also put peppermint, and grapefruit. Let stand for two hours, add ice and drink.

Lime water

Lemons also can detoxify your liver, remember that this citrus is good in cases of hypertension, arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular as it activates the blood circulation.

Need: water 1 jug, 4-5 lemons and ice.

Preparation: cut each lemon into slices and place in the jar, let it sit for a few hours, add ice and enjoy.
