The sensation of nausea can be avoided by eating little and more frequently during the day. Do not miss a diet rich in proteins, carbohydrates and fats in order to provide all the nutrients needed for both the mother and the unborn child.

The pregnant woman should avoid saturated fats.

Increase vitamin B6 (also called pyridoxine) in the diet. The foods that contain of pyridoxine are nuts like peanuts or nuts, bananas, vegetables and whole grains, among others.

3. If vomiting occurs after meals:

It is advisable to plan the dishes with some food you like most and wait a few minutes don’t start eating immediately.

Some smells and flavors may also cause vomiting sensation as toothpaste, coffee or snuff. Also, you should brush your teeth 20 minutes after meals and avoid toothpaste with flavors.
