Orange juice, strawberry and guava

Ingredients:

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tablespoon honey

One strawberry

2 guavas

Preparation: Blend the orange and lemon juice with strawberry and guava, once ready served in a glass and sweeten with honey, oats can add to make it more nutritious.

Orange juice, strawberry and peach

Ingredients:

The juice of an orange

1 peach

10 strawberries (washed)

Preparation: Blend the orange juice with peaches and strawberries, if desired can be sweetened with honey, serve immediately and enjoy.

Orange juice and guava

Ingredients:

Orange juice

2 guavas

Preparation: Blend the orange juice with guava, sweeten to taste (preferably with honey) and serve immediately.

Orange juice and oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 oranges

1 tablespoon oats

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup water

Preparation: Extract juice of 2 oranges into a blender; add the oatmeal and juice with honey; blend perfectly and drink.

Juice of mango, papaya and pineapple

Ingredients:

1 mango

2 slices papaya

2 slices of pineapple

Preparation: Take the mango pulp, peel and cut the pineapple into pieces, also the papaya, put all ingredients in blender, blend well and enjoy.

Lemon juice, orange and celery

Ingredients:

10 lemons

Juice of 1 orange

1 stem of celery

5 strawberries

2 oranges

Carrot juice and banana

Ingredients:

2 oranges

2 carrots

1 banana

1 mango

1 slice of papaya

Honey

Preparation: Get the juice from the oranges and blend with peeled carrots, then add the banana, mango and papaya, blend again and sweeten with honey.

Home remedies for cough

Coughing is a natural reaction of the body to keep lungs clean; coughing helps to expel mucus when you have a cold or other illness of the respiratory system , but when the cough is dry and consistently can irritate the trachea, causing pains, so must be immediately taken the natural juices.

Ingredients:

2 carrots

2 cloves of garlic

1 small beet

2 celery sticks

Celery and apple juice

Ingredients:

2 oranges

1 stem of celery

1 apple

1 lemon

Guava and mango juice

2 guavas

1/2 liter of orange juice

2 mangos
